On the "move".
Whether it's a local or long distance move, there are many tasks and details, with the primary initial focus as preparing to list your home.
I love working with realtors and/or with clients (or in tandem) to de-clutter, organize, clean and style a space for photography and listing. These services can be paid out of closing if that's preferred.
I spend the least amount of money and time for the greatest return. Using items within the house or on hand is always the goal. When the home is clean, organized and fresh flowers are on the table, buyers walking thru the space feel a sense of calm and serenity. This invites them to envision themselves there--because at the end of the day, that's what we all want and need to restore.
I am also then available to reset your home as needed for showings, ensuring the special touches are maintained, your home is picked up, beds are made, and the lights are on.
After the contract is secured, I can help by ordering moving supplies, packing , getting estimates for the move itself, and even meeting the movers at the new house to do a light set up with main pieces in place, bathrooms and the kitchen set up for your arrival.
My services can ultimately include troubleshooting and/or coordinating at either home with services (not limited to) deep cleaners, handymen, window and pressure washing services, carpet cleaning and more. I also can coordinate estate sales, facebook market place and/or donation options.
